Stainless Steel High Mesh Count Filter (Ultra-Fine Filter Mesh) is an ultra-fine metal filtration material specially designed for micron-level precision filtration and separation. It is manufactured from premium stainless steel wires (such as SS304, SS316L, etc.) and woven on high-precision looms. Featuring a smooth mesh surface, stable structure, and uniform openings, it provides consistent and reliable retention performance during filtration, meeting strict requirements for removing fine particles, powders, impurities, and suspended solids.Compared with standard woven wire mesh, high mesh count filter mesh offers a higher mesh density and smaller openings, significantly improving filtration accuracy and efficiency. It is widely used in industrial applications where high cleanliness and stable filtration performance are required. With excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance, the mesh can maintain its opening stability even under long-term service or frequent cleaning conditions, making it resistant to deformation, cracking, and premature failure, thus ensuring a longer service life.
