Perforated Metal Mesh Cylinder

The perforated metal mesh cylinder is a cylindrical filter element formed by rolling perforated metal sheets and securing the seam through welding or mechanical locking. Structure & Manufacturing


Material selection: Stainless steel (304/316), carbon steel, aluminum, titanium, nickel alloys.

Forming process: Cutting → Rolling → Welding (TIG/MIG/spot) → Deburring → Polishing → End-ring installation.

Reinforcement: Single layer, double-layer composite mesh, perforated sheet + wire mesh combo.

Joint type: Straight welding seam, spiral welding, seamless (for some drawn tubes).

Surface treatments:Polishing, pickling, sandblasting, painting, galvanizing (carbon steel).
