Inconel 600 is a nickel-based alloy composed mainly of nickel, chromium, and iron (Ni-Cr-Fe). It combines excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures, along with superior workability. As one of the most widely used Inconel grades, it provides a cost-effective solution for high-temperature and corrosion-resistant applications.
Applications: High-temperature filtration, chemical equipment, protective wire mesh, and furnace components.
Inconel 601 is a Ni-Cr-Fe alloy enhanced with aluminum to improve oxidation and carburization resistance at high temperatures. The aluminum forms a stable protective oxide layer, making it ideal for long-term service in oxidizing environments.
Applications: Heat-treatment furnaces, industrial furnace components, and high-temperature gas filtration systems.
Inconel 625 is a high-performance nickel alloy containing chromium, molybdenum, and niobium (Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb). It offers outstanding corrosion resistance and high strength, particularly against pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and chloride exposure.
Applications: Chemical processing, petrochemical systems, marine engineering, oil & gas equipment, and severe corrosion filtration.
Inconel 718 is a precipitation-hardened Ni-Cr-Fe-Nb-Mo superalloy strengthened by γ'' (Ni₃Nb). It delivers excellent high-temperature tensile and yield strength, fatigue resistance, and creep resistance, along with good weldability and dimensional stability.
Applications: Aerospace engines, gas turbines, high-pressure valves, load-bearing components, and high-pressure filtration systems.
Inconel X-750 is a Ni-Cr-Fe alloy strengthened by aluminum and titanium via γ' (Ni₃(Al,Ti)) precipitation hardening. It maintains excellent elasticity and resists stress relaxation at elevated temperatures.
Applications: High-temperature springs, sealing rings, retaining rings, fasteners, and wire mesh or filtration structures requiring dimensional stability and elasticity.

Specifications
Wire Diameter: The typical wire diameter of Inconel wire mesh ranges from 0.03 mm to 1.2 mm. Custom diameters are available to meet specific requirements for filtration accuracy, flow rate, and mechanical strength. Fine wires are ideal for precision filtration, while thicker wires provide structural support and can withstand high-pressure applications.
Mesh Count and Aperture: Inconel wire mesh is available in 10 to 400 mesh, with aperture size determined by mesh count and wire diameter. High mesh counts suit fine particle filtration, while low mesh counts are used for protective, support, or coarse filtration applications.
Weave Type: Various weave types are offered, including plain weave, twill weave, and Dutch weave (plain Dutch and twill Dutch). Each weave type affects filtration precision, flow characteristics, and mechanical strength, allowing selection based on application needs.
Mesh Width and Length: Standard widths include 1 m, 1.2 m, and 1.5 m, with maximum widths up to 2–3 m depending on wire diameter and weave type. Mesh is supplied in rolls or cut-to-size sheets to meet specific installation requirements.
Surface Condition: Available surface finishes include as-drawn, bright annealed, and pickled/cleaned. Surface treatments improve corrosion resistance, cleanliness, and overall filtration stability.
Operating Temperature: The operating temperature depends on the alloy grade, typically ranging from –200 °C up to 700–1000 °C. Maximum service temperature should be evaluated based on alloy type, mechanical load, and service environment.
Filtration Rating: Filtration ratings range from micron-level to millimeter-level, depending on mesh count, wire diameter, and weave structure. Inconel wire mesh is suitable for fine filtration, coarse filtration, and protective support applications.
Form and Fabrication: Inconel wire mesh is available in rolls, sheets, discs, gaskets, mesh cylinders, and filter elements. Custom fabrication services such as welding, stamping, and forming are also available to meet specific installation or application requirements.
