Corrosion Resistance: AISI 321 stainless steel maintains its mechanical strength, surface quality, and overall performance in harsh environments and across a wide range of temperatures. It exhibits excellent resistance to both atmospheric and intergranular corrosion. However, environments containing sulfur compounds may reduce its corrosion resistance.
Heat Resistance: AISI 321 stainless steel demonstrates reliable performance under both elevated and low-temperature conditions. The recommended service temperature range is 600–900°C, depending on the surrounding environment, while the melting point is approximately 1400°C. When exposed to temperatures of 1000–1100°C, the material undergoes natural softening, becoming more ductile and easier to deform, similar to other stainless steels.
Weldability: This grade offers excellent weldability using various welding methods. In most cases, preheating of the material prior to welding is not required.
Machinability: AISI 321 stainless steel is easy to process and fabricate. It can be readily machined through grinding, drilling, milling, and other standard metalworking operations.
Magnetic Properties: The material exhibits weak magnetic behavior in its untreated state and becomes non-magnetic after appropriate heat treatment.

The mesh is typically protected with moisture-resistant and anti-corrosion materials, and wrapped with plastic film or waterproof paper to prevent damage from humidity, dust, and external impact during storage and transportation. Products can be packed in rolls or cut-to-size sheets based on customer requirements, with outer packaging using strong cartons or wooden cases suitable for both domestic and export shipping. Pallet packaging and customized packing solutions are also available upon request to ensure the product remains in excellent condition during long-distance transportation.
